On 03/29/25 a order was delivered, from NutraStop, that did not contain one of the products I had ordered and paid for.SKU: bslislovan Cost: $49.99 Order date: 03/14/25 They have not responded to any email, text, or support requests that have been sent.I provided all record of contact attempts.Also, there is a picture of the box (and it's contents) that was ************ is too small to have ever included all the items I ordered, which rules out any possibility of a false claim on my part.Business Response

We sincerely apologize for the oversight and for the delay in our response regarding the mistake with Nicos (********) order.
The customers order placed on March 14, 2025 was unfortunately missing one of the items: Blackstone Labs Isolation Protein. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive a complete order and not hear back promptly. We recently experienced staffing shortages that affected our ability to respond as quickly as we aim to and unfortunately had some unexpected complications arise that required immediate attention, and we are actively working to resolve that.
After reviewing the customers concern, we have processed a new shipment containing the missing product. As a gesture of goodwill, weve also included a complimentary shaker cup and upgraded the shipping to expedited service to minimize any further inconvenience.
We truly appreciate the customers patience and bringing this to our attention. Were committed to improving our service and communication, and we hope this resolution reflects that commitment.

i placed an order with nutrastop on 03/12/2025 for $153.65. a day later on 03/13/2025 i received an update that my order had shipped. a few days had gone by of continuously checking the **** tracking number i was provided to see the update still stuck on label created **** awaiting item i was sketched out so i looked up nutrastop reviews only to see what i had thought. a scam company that takes your money, doesnt ship, & will not respond to any communication. i reached out to nutrastop via chat, via the number it says to text, and via email with no response. this company should be sued to the fullest amount for every dollar they have ever made and it is mind boggling to me that they have not been. this business can not continue to exist. they take customers money, print a fake shipping label, & go ghost.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company 10 days ago when it was supposed to be delivered in roughly 8. The issue is, the tracking ID has stayed the same for a week, it was confirmed the 18th supposed to be delivered on the 21st and its said on the way since the 23rd it is now the 28th. *** reached out via email to this company, no response. I used their chat bot on the website to contact them, no response. I called the number but the voicemail is full. I texted the number, no response. Seemingly my order is gone AWOL and no one will respond via text, call, or email. Seems like a scam of a company and its a shame this is happening to multiple people it seems!Business Response

We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication the customer experienced.
Their order was placed on March 18th and promptly shipped the same day via **** under tracking number **********************. Unfortunately, **** did not update the tracking status beyond the last update on March 23rd stating, In Transit to Next Facility, and the package has been delayed far beyond the expected delivery.We understand the customers frustration, especially with the lack of timely responses. During this period, we were facing some complications that required immediate attention in addition to being unexpectedly very short-staffed and unfortunately experienced slower-than-normal response times. We acknowledge this and are actively working to improve our customer support capacity moving forward.
On April 3rd, after reviewing the situation, we submitted a **** Missing Mail Search Request (MRC 25 2075 1335) to help locate the package. The following day, April 4th, we issued a full refund to the customer as a resolution, with the understanding that if the package is eventually delivered, the customer would return it to us.
We have since been in direct contact with the customer and hope that this resolution demonstrates our commitment to making things right. We appreciate their patience and again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience they experienced.

I placed an order at the beginning of March I believe it was on the third. I have not received my order, I have not received a tracking number, nothing! The customers order was part of a **** pickup batch on March 13, during which several packages were incorrectly scanned as delivered by the postal carrier at the time of pickup. We addressed this issue directly with our local postmaster, who assured us the affected packages would be delivered appropriately. Since then, **** confirmed that multiple customers impacted by this situation have now received their orders.
We reached out to the customer via text on April 7th at the number provided on their order, explaining the situation in detail and offering our sincere apologies.
