I need to hear from an executive on this matter. I still have an open order from this company a year later ! I have been waiting and waiting for someone to come out and fix all the mistakes and refinish the cabinets I accepted because they were severely delayed and I couldn’t wait any longer. It have reached out to multiple board members. Crazy because I was in touch with them at one point and now silence! Everything in these reviews is true! Delayed shipping , mistakes, low quality item!

Master Brand Cabinets VANWYK White all BUBBLED and are completely falling apart. There is no number for this company and you cant get in touch with anyone. This home is only a few years old and these cabinets were discontinued by manufacturer for not keeping up or maintaining shape. There is noone willing to help or fix the issue.

Omg I guess I don't need to say anything about these cabinets because it's all said on here, all I can say is Me Too ! Oh I want my money back!

BEWARE! We paid around $13,000 for what we thought were top quality, but we were wrong. The project began in around July 2020, and WAS JUST COMPLETED in April 2022, due to the defects and terrible quality control and management of MasterBrand. We noticed various defects on the doors, including what appears to be GLUE STAINS that cannot be removed (even their own district manager couldn't remove them), streaky, inconsistent paint finish, dried paint drops, nicks, dents and scratches at different places, and some have a rough feel to them. They replaced 12 doors 4 times, but each time they had the SAME defects, despite having "level 3 and 5 quality control" stickers on doors (which also caused permanent glue residue themselves). We finally emailed CEO of major home supply company we purchased the cabinets from and they sent a man from Washington DC and their district manager to see the defects for themselves. They agreed these were unacceptable defects and worked with us to finally make things right, although it took another 6 months to complete the project. Meanwhile, our kitchen and dining room remained unfinished because the cabinet project put the rest of the remodel behind. Our painter actually died during the 20+ months of this nightmare. When MasterBrand decided they wouldn't make any more replacement doors, despite the flaws, the major home supply store district manager and executive customer service staff paid for at least two more sets out of their own pockets and made things right, despite the incompetence of MasterBrand management. We will never purchase anything from MasterBrand and the memory of this ordeal will always be on our minds. It's unbelievable how inept they are. MasterBrand refused to meet with us to discuss the defects, and their own district manager came to our home twice, but couldn't get the management at the plant to produce even one quality set of doors.

I would leave negative stars if possible. Never use masterbrand and especially the Mantra line! I have been in the cabinet business for 10 years when I decided to place an order with Mantra. I made full payment on my first order and was told it would ship in a week on a cycle ship truck. After a month I still had no answer of when I would receive the cabinets for my customer and reached out to customer service. They told me my order was placed on hold even though I made full payment for some reason. I told them I needed to know when they would arrive but no one could give me an eta at all. When I got upset and told them I was considering going to the BBB, I received a phone call from a Rep who immediately started yelling and cussing at me for calling customer service and told me my account was now canceled before hanging up on me. During this time my sales rep quit (he was under the guy that called and chewed me out), but not before ordering samples which I was charged for but couldn't use if I wanted to. Now I am receiving emails requesting that I pay for these samples and sales tax on my order?! I reached out to the district sales rep after being ignored by everyone else in the company and he agreed that this situation was unacceptable and would do some digging. When he finally got back with me he said there was nothing he could do and then stopped answering my calls. Crazy that a company this size would treat a customer this way when the situation was obviously their fault. I am now being threatened with my account being sent to a collection agency. I will not pay another dime to this company that cost me thousands in time and headaches. This review is long overdue and it seems I'm not the only one with issues. Hopefully some resolution can be made. Worst company ever!

Bought their white shaker kitchen cabinets and after a couple of years they have basically fallen apart. I believe the problem with my kitchen cabinet is the doors are made from particle board so the sink cabinet have deterioated simple because the occasionally some water will spill at the sink. The company try to call this water damage and is not covered by any of their warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS
