We have been waiting for our replacement customized dishwasher door and trim to complete our kitchen since August 2022! In May 2021, we paid in full ******* Kitchen Bath and Flooring, **** ***** ******** ***** *******, GA ****** ************ for the cabinetry. The cabinets were delivered in February, 2022 and installed in April 2022. When installing, the customized dishwasher door sent was too big. A replacement was ordered in August 2022. The installer also ran out of the trim. We have been waiting for the door and trim since August 2022!!! We have made numerous calls and emails. We understand from ******* that the trim was in but the not the door. ******* would not install the trim until the door was in. If we cannot get the door, we would like the company to give us the money to obtain a regular dishwasher door. We are seniors; not having the weight of the door on the dishwasher has made loading the dishes difficult for us. If you need additional information, please let us know.Business response

We are building a new home and have made our entire home cabinet purchase through Mid-Continent (a direct line of Masterbrand cabinets). The order was placed with **** ******* at Mid-Continent on or around April 27th, 2021. We have been given 4 delivery dates (September 2nd, 20th, October 20th and December 6th. All dates have come and gone with ZERO communication. **** ******* will not return emails, or answer his phone. Last time I had any communication with him was in September, 2021 when he threatened to cancel my order because I wanted to know where my cabinets were and was extremely frustrated. We don't even know where in the process our cabinets are, after 7.5 months (30 weeks).Business response

On July 14, 2021 we ordered cabinets from Mid-Continent for our new construction home from ******* ******* Stores in ******* Texas. We were told they would be delivered in approximately 13 weeks. About 8 weeks later, we were told they now would not be delivered for 19-21 weeks. Now approximately 20 weeks in we were told yesterday that it would now be 30+ weeks. The entire time we have been waiting we have been trying to get updates and they do not communicate. Now this has halted our home build because we can complete the remaining items without cabinets. We have to be out of our rent house in January and they say the cabinets might be delivered late January to mid-February at best, but maybe longer. This is causing us to pay thousands in interest on our new build and we will have to store all of our items, and cost thousands more and live in a hotel for months possibly costing thousands more. They are liars and could care less about there customers. We would cancel and find a new vendor to build the cabinets but at this point that would take longer and cost more. We would have done this if they were truthful and would have told us upfront and we would have looked elsewhere. We want them to move us to the front of the list and expedite delivery due to their dishonesty, lack of concern for customer communication and complete unprofessionalism.Business response
