      I ordered an entire room of cabinetry through one of Starmark's resellers. I was required to pay in full upfront. Starmark shipped the entire room with the exception of 1 cabinet. I was not told that the cabinet would be delayed until the day the rest of the order shipped. There was originally no ship date, then one a month after the rest of my order then on two other occasions I was provided with dates further out. I contacted Starmark and various representatives to try to get things moving and no one would help. I then asked for the cabinet to be cancelled and paint to be sent to me instead so I could finish my room and move on. Now Starmark won't provide shipping information on the paint and I am continuing to get a run around. I had damaged items and incorrect items sent in my order as well and I cannot get any information on the status of those items either. I just want my items shipped right away with tracking & to be done with Starmark permanently. Worst customer service ever.

      This is to advise you that the paint the consumer requested was shipped to the consumer on September 22, 2021.

      We assume it arrived safe and sound and we can close our file now however if you find otherwise from speaking with the consumer please let us know.

      While I received my paint and replacement items, it was only because I stayed on top of the company and insisted I get answers. Once I did get tracking numbers for my items after nearly a month of persistence and absolutely zero problem solving from the company, the numbers were accompanied by lengthy email chains in which I was badmouthed by all levels of the organization. The email chains were directly forwarded to me. I will not remove this complaint from the BBB because consumers need to know what kind of company they are dealing with. Maybe the company should reevaluate their business practices and interactions with consumers.
