I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an order of a shed that has shipped through Meyer Logistics andhas been plagued by significant delivery issues. Despite the initial shipment date of May 30th, It is now June 27th and I have yet to receive the shed. My experience with the carrier, Meyer Logistics, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been in constant communication with Meyer Logistics, only to receive inconsistent and unreliable information. The delivery date has been continually postponed, starting from the originally proposed date of June 2nd. To my dismay, the logistics team at Meyer has made three separate promises for delivery dates, all of which have been unfulfilled. In anticipation of each promised delivery, I have rearranged my schedule to ensure I am available to receive the shipment. However, this dedication has been met with further frustration as Meyer Logistics repeatedly contacts me to inquire about my availability to "help unload the shipment." Despite my repeated explanations that I reside in a residential area and lack the necessary equipment such as a loading dock or forklift, they have persisted in asking for my assistance. It is both unreasonable and impractical for me, as an individual residing in a residential setting, to provide the equipment and manpower that Meyer Logistics expects. I have made multiple attempts to clarify this, but their responses have been dismissive, promising to "figure it out" and reschedule the delivery, only to subsequently fail to show up. I cannot emphasize enough the inconvenience and distress this situation has caused. I implore any customers to avoid using this company if at all possible. They are disingenuous, inconsiderate, and improve and not a company that deserves to have logistics in their name.
