All star service from an all star team! We spent about $30k for the weekend and these guys delivered an experience of a lifetime! We couldn’t be happier for how things turned out! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who wants to have a carefree Derby Experience!!Review from Trish D

Thank you Patrick and Derby Tickets Inc. for another perfect Kentucky Oaks and Derby experience. Outstanding costumer service with accessibility, return of messages, questions answered, friendliness with a personal touch and honesty. Patrick is a man of his word. Highly recommend Derby Tickets Inc to anyone thinking about a first trip or return trip to the Oaks and Derby. You will not be disappointed.

My saga started in late 2019 when nobody knew what Covid would be like. We bought tickets with a verbal guarantee from Patrick that money would be refunded if there was no race. Worst case, we would get tix for the next Derby they ran. Well, when they announced no fans for the 2020 race, this company could/would not refund my money because “one of their biggest vendors would not refund their money”. Then they failed to provide any tix for races when they resumed even after multiple attempts by me to contact them. According to Patrick he “had to lay off almost all of his staff.” Fast forward three years, multiple phone calls, a even a trip to their office in Jeffersonville (which I could not find even though this is my home town) and extremely poor or no response to inquiries. After several requests and a mountain of frustration, I was eventually refunded 90% of my money in 2023. A full refund was not offered bc according to Patrick, they “deserved to make a profit” even though they provided no goods or service and used my money for multiple years. IMHO, this company has no integrity. I highly recommend you take your business to another vendor that will stand behind their word. If you use Derby Tickets Inc and their is any type of problem, do not expect a refund.Review from Kim S

Such a great day! Kentucky Derby has always been on our to do list. When I started planning for the 2023 Derby I came across Derby Tickets and gave them a call. Patrick was so helpful in answering my questions and offering suggestions. After talking with him on and off for a few weeks we finally decided on our seats etc. He was so helpful in sending pictures of different seat location, parking location and other things to do while visiting the area. Our Derby experience was perfect. Could not have had better seats. I had chills from the energy and excitement of being there. If you are planning a Derby trip I would highly recommend calling Patrick. He will take the time to get you what you want so your experience is as wonderful as ours was.Derby Tickets, Inc.Com Response

Derby Tickets, Inc and Patrick and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. Friendly, professional, caring, and accommodating. His attention to detail is unrivaled. His entire team helped make this (my first!) experience such a fun time. I have seldom worked with a company that provided such great service. My bucket list trip to the Kentucky Derby and our ten person group were grateful I found Patrick to help us!! His joy and knowledge of the Derby and all its glory was invaluable! I cannot say enough about how his help planning was the key the our wonderful experience! Patrick and his team are polite, professional, and I will definitely have him help me again! I thought it was a one time experience but I am hooked now. Maybe not next year but there is another Derby trip in my future!Derby Tickets, Inc.Com Response

I’m late to posting this, but our family decided to take a visit to Derby Day for 2022. We had little clue about the logistics of finding tickets, the differences between the Clubhouse and the Grandstand, or the boatload of other questions that come up in a Derby trip. Patrick graciously guided us through a couple of phone calls and multiple emails (including pictures showing actual views), helping us weigh the pros and cons of the various options we offered. We eventually settled on Clubhouse seats in the front of section 320, which were phenomenal. The weather was cooperative – which was our big gamble in taking seats that weren’t covered – and we had a great day. Patrick was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries (of which there were many). He surely can be a great help to experienced Derby veterans as well, but if you are making your first trip and feel overwhelmed, you’ll be hard-pressed to find better guidance.Derby Tickets, Inc.Com Response

What a pleasure. Patrick and his staff at Derby Tickets Inc were fantastic. We have used him twice. He was patient and responsive in dealing with a group with different opinions. The seats were fantastic just as he promised. He even sent us photos of the seats before we committed. If you need tickets call him!Review from Carol W

Patrick was informative,professional and made the process of purchasing tickets very easy and smooth. He was very personal and made me feel at ease. The tickets I purchased were perfect for our first time going to the Derby. He described where we were seated and what to expect with foods and drinks. I and 3 sorority sisters attended and we all had a blast!! We are considering going again next year!! I would highly recommend Patrick at “DerbyTicketsinc.com”
