I purchased a ****** brand fertilizer spreader on March 22nd 2022, manufactured by Brinly-Hardy. It arrived with broken and missing parts. Technical support told me I needed to attempt to repair it rather than return it. After 2 weeks, 2 shipments of replacement parts, and hours working with technical support to fix it, it's still broken. The tech had also advised me that a return wouldn't be necessary and not to worry about keeping the box: "Worst case scenario, you may end up keeping the broken one for spare parts." Now it's still broken and they they gave me two options: (1) return it or (2) wait 2-3 months for a new one to be sent to me. I need to use the spreader now, so my only feasible option is to return it and buy a different brand. After I had already purchased another brand's product, they called me to offer a 3rd solution to continue attempting to fix the broken spreader. My only feasible option is to return the spreader, but I don't have the box it came it. Now I have to go purchase a new box and I'm going to have to waste another hour of my time disassembling the broken spreader all because of bad advice from their technical support. They refused to send me a new box for shipping.
