They advertised a pallet containing 220 jugs of laundry soap for $380 plus $20 shipping I contact them ask how much total and was given the quote of $400 the next day I receive a email asking for an additional $298 for insurance and that it would be refunded once I receive the pallet , however that was never told to me from the beginning, they also gave me some address to go to a ATM machine and send the money to some crypto wallet or something even tho the email says they accept zelle or cash app , I requested a refund of the $400 being as they did not tell me of the additional $298 up front and he has given me excuse after excuse I just want my $400 back , I don't know how to go about getting it backBusiness response

We have received no communication from this customer regarding an order and we are unable to locate any such order in our system. We do not offer pallets or truckloads of laundry detergent. We also do not accept payment via crypto, Zelle, Cash App or any other app based payment methods. We only accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. It appears that this customer has either confused us with another company or fallen victim to an online scammer. I would recommend reporting the transaction to their bank or credit card company as fraud. 8/13/2021 purchsed liquidation pallet Pallet was video recorded with items on there. 1 being est. Size 50 inch tv. When i picked up my pallett got it home and the box that had tv in it was now empty. 8/13/2021 paid $250. contacted manager who was very rude with no accommodations at all. On 8/14/2021 was over charged on pallet on 2nd pallett. I was only supposed to been charge $98.83 instead APL charged my bank $983.00 I have still no response back from themBusiness response

It sounds like a simple matter of human error that is easily fixed now that we know there is a problem. [No i have not been able to resolve this issue. I was contacted by them and all i received was invoice for what i was over charged. They have yet to reimburse me. I do not know what i need to do. ]

We reviewed our records and have determined that this customer was not overcharged and has been provided with a detailed copy of exactly what she purchased including a copy of her original sales order. We provided this information to her and offered additional assistance if she needed any. We never received a response and consider this resolved.

The customer has been given all documents pertaining to her purchase and the amount she was charged matches her purchase amount on her invoice and the receipts signed by her (attached). We have asked her to provide
documents or details that show our error but have not received any communication from her. If there was an error made we would be glad to correct it but at this time there is no evidence that we made an error during her transaction.Customer response

I was not the one who signed this invoice. My bank was notified right away regards to been over charged. American pallet liquidations was notified about the invoice dispute.As of today there is non complaint for to remedy the over billing matter. I am asking that the amount was over charged be retured/credited back within in ten business days, or I will seek legal advice. Thank you
