Falsified the receipt book claiming that I owed $300. I paid March which they wouldn't accept a photo of the receipt, I missed April (phoned explaining situation)in May I paid $40 according to the contract there's only a $15 late fee which I would have accrued in April and May, June 17th I paid $240. Not sure how they're doing the math it never added up to me but they were claiming that they were going to sell my items by that weekend and they would not take a partial payment on and on all they did was yell at me, slam the receipt books, threatened me. I have never received any type of notice/ mail, certified mail from them, yet according to them they had sent certified mail out and charged me $50. In the end I paid their made up fees in the amout of $240 on June 17th & have a receipt stating paid in full. Went to retrieve my belongings on July 1st only to find that my lock had been cut off,admittedly by the storage facility owner, claiming to be moving my items to another unit because they said they didn't think I was coming back,however I was paid in full plus I never received any mail notices from the business owner at any time. And then at another point during the same day stating that I still owed money even though I had a receipt clearly written paid in full.Upon opening my unit door every box had been opened and gone through the cutoff lock was inside the unit behind some items on a shelf even though they stated they had never been inside the unit.Any item of value was missing from the unit. I have a page and a half list of items that were no longer there.Kept claiming that no one had been inside the unit but also claimed they didn't have video cameras. I want my items returned to me, they had no right to open my unit I don't know how long the lock was off at one point they claimed it was magically that same morning that I arrived. Take conveniently have a store or glorified garage sale in the parking lot of their business for just the purpose of selling them people's forfeited or probably stolen items.
