I had this company install a new furnace and AC unit in my home! They neglected to hook my water softener tank back up to the plumbing. When my family woke up yesterday morning our basement was flooded with water into our finished part of our basement! Our basement carpet and bathroom is ruined and this company will not give me the business insurance info to make sure he filed it. He even asked for my home owners insurance my insurance instructed me not to do that as he is responsible and should be held responsible for all the damages he caused. He called and yelled at me on the phone telling me how bad of a person I was. His tech stated he didn't know the hose to my water softener tank needed hooked back up he wasn't educated in that area. This has my family in a mess right now my wife crying this is all a mess and he needs to be held responsible for his negligence. I just want this business held responsible for the damages caused inside my home.
