We had our entire septic system replaced by SunSet Septic. The drain line for our Geothermal heating/cooling system went across the area where they where placing the new septic field. When excavating and installing the new septic field they where careful not to cut or brake the flexible drain line. We do not use our Geothermal system for heat as it costs to much to operate. Last summer when we turned on the Geothermal system for cooling we found the drain line had been cut and buried and it just dumps out in the middle of the yard. So it's 150 feet short of the lake where it's supposed to drain. When we run the Geothermal system our yard becomes a soggy mess. I complained to SunSet, they came out and looked at it. At that point in time SunSet told us the county health board would not net them run the Geothermal drain line over the septic field. On 5/24/2021 in an email *** said they would be out to fix the drain line later that week. Since then, they no longer respond to e-mails or phone calls.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sunset Septic where vert careful to move the Geothermal drain line back and forth and not damage it when installing the new septic field. See the attached picture.
***'s son made the comment when fixing the electric wired the accidentally cut that they repair what ever they damage.
Then sometime after the county inspector came they cut the line and relocated it about a hundred feet away from the lake where it is supposed to drain. At the time they did not tell us they did this.
The following spring when we turned on the Geothermal system to cool the house, we found the problem. We notified Sunset Septic and they came out and looked at it.
***'s response was the county inspector would not let them run the Geothermal drain line over the septic field, so they relocated it. He also indicated by email dated Mas 24th, 2021  they would be back later this week to fix it.
"Hi ****, we will be out later this week to fix the line. Thanks ***"
After that Sunset Septic never came back, nor did they respond to any emails or phone call's.

I am rejecting this response because:

This was not an accidental cutting of the line. It was intentionally cut and relocated  by them.

Having several hundred gallons of water pour into our yard every day makes for a mess.

We need an estimate from Sunset Septic.
