On 12/12/21 I purchased a ***** and ****** model # ***** from four guns on the gun broker. com auction site item # *********. The ad listing the item showed it as having tritium night sights for low light situations in the product description. I paid $413.16 including sales tax and two day shipping for this item. I should have received the purchased item on 12/17/21 but it was not delivered until 12/20/21. I inspected the item at my FFL dealer on 12/20/21 and found it did not have the tritium night sights as listed. I contacted four guns by phone on 12/20/21 and spoke to someone there and informed them of this issue with the night sights, whoever I spoke with said whoever listed the item description made a mistake about the sights I asked what could be done to resolve the issue and was told I had two options, return the item for a refund or keep it as it is without the night sights. Nights sights are a expensive option to add on a weapon. I purchased this item solely due to the product description and I purchased this in good faith based on the description, the four photos shown on the listing did not show the sights from any angle. This item was misrepresented on this site and the dealer is not wiling to correct this issue. The dealer is knowingly advertising a product that they can not deliver per the product description. The dealer should supply the correct product I paid for. I have uploaded pictures of documents of this purchase as well the product listing on the site. The picture of the product box was taken at my FFL dealer after it was delivered.Business response

We have already offered a refund to the customer. They were not happy with that resolution and only would accept a product that we did not have nor could we provide.Customer response

Kaysey, regardless of whoever made the mistake of advertising a product that does not exist and the dealer does not have the correct model available to send with night sights, then the dealer should provide me a set of Trijicon Bright and Tough sights and cover the cost of shipping and labor to have them installed at there expense. The *** dealer here charges me to do a return since it was not there fault I received the wrong. Either way I am out money for a instant background check as well as for the transfer fee for there mistake that they are not willing to correct. The ad clearly shows tritium night sights and the pictures that were included with the ad in no way show the sights from any angle to view them. I made this purchase in good faith after reading other ads for the exact same model. The last picture was taken at my *** on 12/20/21 after it had arrived there.

As stated in the ad, any return or issue with the purchase needed to be initiated prior to transfer. As this was not done, the matter is now closed. We regret that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
