New build home. Moved in February 2019. Water leak when rain started June 2019. They have came and seen it. Tried to fix it with seal 3+ times. Still leaks. Mother's day 2021 we woke up to water pouring in through kitchen heater vent. Messaged citation. She made promises to fix and apologized that her contact here in Kokomo hadn't been able to do his job(her words). Then she just stopped emailing me back. We also have black lines all over our exterior brick from the brick company cleaning the brick wrong. Looks as if someone spray painted/vandalized our home. They also promised to fix that. Still haven't. I've asked for info on the brick company. Info on the name of the brick stain to stain over the damage myself. Info on the 5 year brick warranty. Still nothing. No response. Then our floors are buckling and pealing up. Some spots there looks as if there are rocks under the wood. They did get a flooring company to come look at them. Said it was a manufacturer problem and they need replaced. The owner had already told me these floors that was bought was discontinued and problematic. So I have to pay 800 to upgrade next level to make sure I don't end up with bad flooring. When we was building we had to pay a substantial amount more to even get these floors that are literally coming apart and have scratches all over them. I even asked for an update last Friday. It's been 6 days and I haven't heard anything from my citation contact. It's giving my anxiety worrying about a time-frame. Who's responsible etc. I jump everytime it rains. It's insane. We built a new house to not have to deal with this. At least not ongoing. I figured there would be a period of ironing out all the kinks but over 2 years later and now my health is suffering from it. I have emails, text, and pictures of everything for proof. I just want what was promised to our family with a smile. We have a beautiful home. But they need to fix what they promised they was going to get fixed.
