I traded in a camper on 3/21/22 the company failed to send a pay off check to the bank and I had to pay two payments of $303 totaling $606 and they will not reimburse me for my payments! I just traded in my camper again on 3/14/23 two weeks ago and yet again they failed to send out the payoff to the bank resulting in me having to pay $280 payment and saying they are not gonna refund me for the payment. If this has happened to me twice with the same company then this is happening to a lot of other customers and it needs to be taken care of! They need to reimburse me for my payments that I shouldnt have had to pay! Apparently, this customer had been dealing with my Finance Manager who was not solving the problem. The first time I talked to ***************** he explained the situation and has been reimbursed for his extra payments. That particular employee is no longer with our company.Initial Complaint

HappyRVCampers posted an ******** Tradition Coach for sale online. It is not an ******** Tradition and is in fact a Western RV which is discontinued since 2008. The noted Western in small print beneath the ad. I gave a deposit on 1/10/23 to hold the *** I asked if it was refundable and *** told me yes and I have this stated in a text from him. I test drove it- IT IS A DOG- STUCK IN LIMP MODE- BRAKES WILL NOT RETURN YOU HAVE TO PUSH UP WITH YOUR FOOT. I WAS TOLD spraying WD40 WOULD FIX THE BRAKES, I WAS TOLD I COULD DRIVE IT HOME. HOW? IT WON'T GO OVER 35MPH IN LIMP MODE. I CONFIRMED WITH TWO MECHANICS they lied to me. The generator will not start. Told bad batteries yet told all batteries were replaced. I asked for my deposit back the night I got home. Called each day from 11/11 until today 11/17/23 to get deposit back. They keep giving me the runaround and hung up the telephone on me. It has been 6 days and each time they say we are checking into it. There is nothing to check into. Apparently this place doesn't care about it's reputation. Read the other post about not returning deposits. I will also be contacting the BBB and small claims court over the facts of not returning a deposit and misleading advertising. I have attached the text refundable receipt along with misleading advertising.Business response

I have reached out to the customer and given him a refund. Apparently there was some miscommunication with the salesman regarding whether he was going to purchase the camper or not. Unfortunately, he was never connected to the correct person to obtain the refund and once that happened it was quickly taken care of.
I have reached out to the customer regarding this complaint and he assured me that he was going to have it removed.

I purchased a used motorhome from this business in the summer of 2021. With this purchase I was sold a warranty, I was told at the time of the purchase that I could cancel this warranty and get a prorated return of the funds not used. I have been trying unsuccessfully to execute this cancellation and to date have not gotten a response. The further issue is every month that goes by will be another month they take funds away. I want to cancel this warranty because it has not covered anything today I have had to repair and now my expenses are in the thousands of dollars and I need to offset these expenses somehow. I also believe there were known and undisclosed issues with the coach, but I will leave that for another day.Business response

*********************** did indeed purchase a motorhome with a warranty. Apparently, he had repairs done and personally paid for them, expecting to be reimbursed by the warranty company. It was explained to him those warranties don't work that way. We did try, after the fact, to get these charges reimbursed with no luck. The warranty company needs to be contacted before any repairs are done.
In his frustration, he requested that the warranty be cancelled and attached is a copy of the cancellation form sent to the warranty company.
He was also advised that warranties refunds could take up to 8 weeks to be processed.
