      I purchased 6 of a candy from this company on Sunday April 2nd. I also sent the link to a friend after to order it as well. I received an email showing they received my order and would let me know when it ships. I then received an email on Thursday April 6th stating they were running behind and my order should ship by the Tuesday coming up if it had not already shipped out. I never received anything stating its been shipped. I then was told by my friend she received her product on Tuesday April 11th. I emailed the company asking if they could help me figure out why mine had not shipped and help me to get it shipped out. No response. I emailed again on Thursday April 13th asking for a response and some help. No response. I also called on Friday April 14th for some assistance and left a voicemail with my order number and my issue. I never received any response again. I have checked and I have been charged as well for the candy on the 2nd. I would just like my order shipped to me please as soon as possible

      I placed an order on 12/3/22. I received my order confirmation on 12/3/22. The email confirmation stated that it takes 1-5days to process the order and around 5 days to receive my order. My order still have not shipped. I have emailed the company twice and called twice with no response from the company. I want to know why this is taking so long to ship my order. They certainly did not take long to charge my credit card, as the charge noted on my credit card was 12/3/22. At this point I want a refund put back on credit card. I will never deal with this company again

      This request has been resolved. The customer had issued a chargeback on 12/20/2022

      A chargeback totaling $67.12 was resolved in the customers favor
      Evidence for the dispute was submitted on your behalf on January 15, 2023 at 6:00 am. The customers bank sided with them.

      This refund was issued back to the consumer.

      I ordered a bulk assorted organic hard candy on March 5, 2022. I received a confirmation email thanking me for my order and that it was being prepared for shipment. It also stated that I would receive an email when my order shipped. The money ($45) was taken out of my bank account March 7, 2022. That was the last correspondence with them. I have called multiple times, leaving detailed messages asking about my order. I have filled out the contact form on their website detailing my order and asking for someone to contact me concerning my order. I have yet to receive any contact from them. At this point, I would just like to have my money refunded. My order number is TH2838.

      Due to the age of the order we are unable to issue a refund via ACH refund our system will not allow us to issue a refund for orders over 1 year old. 

      We have captured the consumers mailing information and will be sending a physical check for reimbursement totaling $45.00 for order total. 

      Check will arrive to claimant in ***** business days being sent to the address provided on file for BBB and ALC record.
