Purchased on 7/26/23 pontoon ladder, putting it together noticed it was defective and not lining up which could cause harm to fingers or toes when getting in or out of the water. First emailed to see how to return defective ladder on 8/9/24 by email, tried contacting by email several times, left messages on phone no response until 9/20/23 owner said to ship it back for refund. Shipped at my expense 9/29/23 Everything pontoon received it 10/5/23. No refund reached out by emailing and calling. 11/21/23 owner called, was very rude and said he would have his worker put it together to see if it is defective. Never contacted me again or refunded. Contacted Paypal and our credit card company and due to his lack of responding in a timely matter, I am out the cost of the ladder $299.99 that was returned and shipping $34.80. I had purchased a table for our pontoon prior to purchasing the ladder and had no issue. Will NOT buy anything from this company again.Business response

Customer sent ladder back. Nothing was wrong with the ladder other than customer didn't complete putting the ladder together.
Customer didn't receive refund from us, but did from paypal because she filed a complaint with paypal claiming damage to the product and paypal refunded her what she paid.
She should have been charged a 25% restocking fee as there was nothing wrong with the ladder.
Not sure why she is contacting you as all has been taken care of and she was refunded already

I am rejecting this response because: We did not finish putting together the ladder as it was not lining up correctly. Owner asked me to send it back for refund. I did and cost me $35.00 to ship it back. No response when ladder received until 1.5 months later. Then said he would have one of his workers put it together to see. No contact after that call 11/21/2023.
I never received refund from paypal. I tried filing with Paypal and you can see the history below still processing.

In Septemer 2021 I ordered pontoon seat cushions from Everything Pontoon. I paid for the items and they sent me the wrong parts. I attempted to return and/or purchase the parts I need and have had no resolution. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. At this point, I simply want to return the parts and get a refund.Business response
