            New car wash opened and offered one month for $9.97 with cancel anytime before the next month being charged full price of $49.97. My membership was ending April 30. Before I could cancel j was charged 4 days prior to my membership ending the $49.97 for the next month! I was charged on a sat when customer seevice was closed and didn't re open until Monday. I talked to someone and they said they can't refund it because I didn't call in time! Well I called emailed before my due date was up to cancel but they should not charge the next month until the due date! Not 4 days before. It's listed on their website "cancel anytime!" 100s of people have the same issue and the disclosure is bad and poor customer service

            6/13/2024. As the conveyor pulled my car towards the end of the X4 $30 car wash, I heard a very loud overhead noise. It sounded as if my car roof was being pulled off. Once wash exit light went from yellow to green. I exited my car to find a 4.5 ft roof trim have been ripped from my car by the cloth towel roller. The towel roller piece was still lodged in the trim. The wash employee told me that this is "not uncommon" and it "happens a lot". I did have to call the police department out to make a report and I asked to see the wash video. I was denied access to the video of my car in the car wash and have requested that the video stays intact for legal purposes. I am requesting that Tidal Wave repair/replace the roof trim that was torn off by their faulty towel roller equipment. The wash employee offered to tape the trim back to my car which was not acceptable.
