            On April 20, 2022 I bought 6 plants costing $59.32, Shipping was $9.99 taxes $4.58 for a total of $73.89. I received 5 of the plants. I did not receive 2 plus a "free" gift to which I was entitled. I have had several email exchanges with the company. They say the plants were sent at the correct planting time and ALL plants were sent at the correct planting time. I said I did not receive the 2 grasses. At this time its their word against mine. Guess who comes out on the short end? The quality of the plants was poor. They were extremely small with only a couple of tiny leaves. Not enough to battle starting out in the heat in ******** ********. The only plants surviving at this time are the 2 gardenias. I have done my best to help them make it. The others were beyond help from the beginning. I have filed an online review making note of these issues.

            We reached out and ordered a number of products, this was a tester set to see if we wanted their products to be our main supply.When the items arrived, everything seemed fine, but suddenly everything went haywire. All of the items but one where unusable. Through extreme work with the final item it may get past its first winter.We reached out to customer service through the company and to their other pages with no response. Our order was in March, shipped in May and received in May. We reached out within the 30 day from arrival and let them know what was going on.After a week we reached out again, at two weeks again and still nothing.Finally in June we received a response apologizing for not getting back to us. They asked for more information which we gave them.Then complete radio silence. I was reminded of this today when someone suggested ordering from them. It is now October.I reached out again to let them know we will no longer be accepting their products on our farm, as they are unable to reliably communicate with their customers. They have yet to respond.
