      On April 20, 2022 I bought 6 plants costing $59.32, Shipping was $9.99 taxes $4.58 for a total of $73.89. I received 5 of the plants. I did not receive 2 plus a "free" gift to which I was entitled. I have had several email exchanges with the company. They say the plants were sent at the correct planting time and ALL plants were sent at the correct planting time. I said I did not receive the 2 grasses. At this time its their word against mine. Guess who comes out on the short end? The quality of the plants was poor. They were extremely small with only a couple of tiny leaves. Not enough to battle starting out in the heat in ******** ********. The only plants surviving at this time are the 2 gardenias. I have done my best to help them make it. The others were beyond help from the beginning. I have filed an online review making note of these issues.

      Ordered live plant merchandise with 10 month grow guarantee. Company rep received info via telephone approximately 1 month ago. I was told to call company again in 24 hrs. Reassuring credit ($140.96) was applied to account. Upon calling as instructed, no information could be found by company rep. of credit due. I gave all info to rep again, then was instructed to call back in 5 working days to get confirmation of credit applied to acct. It has now been over 10 days, no credit, no calls, no email from company. My case # is ******** provided by rep named Perveen. Original order # ******, 10/18/2021.

      Thank you for your correspondence, I apologize, Four Seasons Nurseries was purchased by Gardens Alive in January 2022, and we did not receive any funds from orders placed in 2021. As a courtesy, we are issuing goodwill replacement credit for items purchased in 2021, we are unable to issue any refunds for any money paid to Four Seasons Nurseries prior to them joining our family of brands. 
      I located your order placed with Four Seasons and have issued a goodwill credit in the amount of $158.00 for the Astilbe Sampler, Creeping Red Sedum, Carnations, Dwarf Flowering Cherry, Hosta, Blue Butterfly Bush, Purple Leaf Plum Hedge, Candytuft and Blazing Stars along with tax and Shipping. This can be used on a future order, the reference number for the credit is ********* and your account number is ********.
