Like the review below from ****** T, we have had the same experience. ****** met me at our property in early March and explained he could only plant the trees if they hadnt bloomed yet. He indicated they would go in the ground in 2-3 weeks. We gave him a deposit, communicated frequently about the planting. He always had an excuse as to why he couldnt plant. Then, in June, almost 12 weeks after we placed the order, he just showed up at 6:00 at night with the trees. We refused the order and requested he plant in the Fall for fear of the Summer heat. He explained he could get them in the ground, and with an irrigation system, would be fine. He never followed thru with the irrigation system, the trees have all died, and now refuses to respond to texts, emails or phone calls. We also have a warranty.Review from Jeremy T

This is not a business that I would work with in the future and am leaving this review so that others learn from the poor experience I had, details below which appear to be similar to other customer reviews placed on their website and Facebook.1) Delivery of trees months late after repeated attempts to schedule 2) Trees delivered were not the size we ordered (undersized)3) Warranty not honored after trees died and all care instructions followed I made multiple attempts to remedy the situation with ****** but he has failed to return calls or offer any options. Save your money for a business that deserves your patronage and understands the meaning of customer service.
