December 13/14, 2022 I ordered 2 signs at a cost of $38.04 they were delivered December 19, 2022. Took out of package both signs were damaged, emailed Lizton Sign Shop and let them know of the damage that day. *************************** emailed me back asked for pics, sent pics and never heard back until I sent another email December 29, 2022 letting her know I was going to file a complaint with BBB if I didnt hear back with a resolution. *************************** emailed me back December 29, 2022 and said they both look damaged or just the brown one and havent heard back from her. I would either like to have my money back or new signs not damaged.Initial Complaint

This is my first email to the company on 12/4/22. I paid to have a sign printed on both sides, which was not the case upon receipt. My last email to the company dated 12/22/22 received no response, despite my being patient and understanding. I would like a partial refund as initially requested. Thanks. /I received my custom order Sunday morning 12/4. While I love the quality, one of the signs is not double-sided as I had ordered. It was the sign - MUSUNGWANI *** **** number 400-A418-DS-GRE-EZ. Please advise on how to proceed thanks, *****
