Was aproched at a store about a subscription to this paper. He said it would be delivered "on my doorstep" Saturdays. We never received the paper so we contacted the office. They said the paper would be "mailed" not delivered. So we told them to cancel our subscription. We have called 3 times to get our money refunded for the papers we never received. They told us we has to show them proof that we were charged. We drove into town for that purpose. When we got there only one person was working and she could not help us. She called the manager who asked us to come back a different day. We showed the person working the bank statement that showed the money was taken out over a month ago.
