You are extremely unprofessional, and a bit unhinged. I am documenting this as you just pretended to be someone else while acting like an employee. First, when I called earlier, you had an employee tell me you were gone on an emergency. I call back to confirm that you are open tomorrow to drop of your sewing machine. First you presented you are someone else and say that the store is not open. You then lie and act like you are someone else and pretend that ******* is on the other phone. You proceed to have a make-believe conversation with yourself. I have this all recorded and it is very disturbing. Were you also the employee that was supposed to call me back three weeks ago about the return, whom you claim is now fired? You then scream and act like lunatic and claim you are refusing to answer the phone again and will not accept the return, which you promised my husband because it was a Christmas gift my husband does not lie. Come to find out this machine has been sitting in your store in ****** ******* since last August. I do not know what kind of business you are running, but this completely unacceptable. I am documenting this for my bank and for my lawsuit against you individually and your company. I will also being forwarding this to Brother because they need to remove you as an authorized vendor, immediately.
