Hired Trimble Construction Group LLC on 21 December 2021 to build a 40x60 pole barn. Was reassured it would get done in a timely manner. Signed contract on 21 December 2021 with **************** Trimble of Trimble Construction Group LLC. I ended up writing him 2 checks for just under $30,000 for his company to bring materials on site and start building. He only brought a few loads of gravel in and started to get the floor on grade then started his routine of skipping a day then a week of work. Over the winter from December- April 21 2022 he probably spent less than 10 days at my property and left piles of gravel in my driveway all winter. About 21 April 2022 I had enough and requested my money back since he hadnt delivered on his part of the contract. He has since vanished and will not return my my money. I would say he owes me about $25,000 of the $30k with me paying for the gravel and his time he spent there. Please stay away from him and his company. I later found numerous others that he has done this to. Please stay clear of him and his associates, check the court system and records he has judgements against him and he still hasn't paid. Terrible business and very dishonest and is a thief.
