      I hired *********************** back in July for DJ, photography, and videography services he has neglected to provide my photos or videos from my wedding. He has since blocked me from contacting him and also from the website. After researching found out he has done this to 6 other brides and failed to provide what was agreed per our contract. He was very unprofessional at the day of my wedding and now refuses to send me my wedding memories. He is a scam and should not be hired by anyone due to his lack of professionalism

      We had so many last minute things canceled on us. We were told he would have someone to provide a tent, tables, chairs and a dance floor. The day before the wedding we had no tent, no tables, no chairs and no dance floor and he claimed that the guy that supplied those things quit on him so we were stuck and had to order tables and chairs and a tent from a different company that had availability the day before our wedding! We never got a dance floor so we had to improvise and use plywood. As far as the Dj goes he had us put a list of songs together for him to play and that part was okay. The photos however are a completely different story. It took him 2 1/2 months after our wedding to get us photos. He had blocked me on my phone number so I reached out to him on a texting app not saying that it was me and he responded but then when I told him it was me I never got a response. So it left me no choice as I wanted our pictures so I reached out to his Ex wife(past business partner) in hopes that she had another number for him or a way to contact him. She did not and I found out that all of things he had offered(tent,tables,chairs and dance floor) the company NEVER provided any of that. I then reached out to his son on ******** and was finally able to get him to respond to me. I was finally able to get all of our wedding photos on November 29th 2023 with the promise that he would be sending our wedding video through a one drive link on December 4th or 5th. I still havent no received the wedding video as promised so I reached out to him and again my messages will not deliver. We also still have not received a refund for the stuff we did not get. I dont want what happened to us and several other brides to happen to anyone else! I have not received wedding video as promised. Have no way of reaching ***** as hes blocked me. And we have not received a refund. Please help

      Per the signed contract. Photographs  an take up to 8 weeks and videos may take up to 20 weeks. Due diligence was made to expedite both of these options. I also explained that I moved some other brides around to work on photos. The photos were delivered via shoot proof, per the response from the client, they could not see all of the photos. I agreed to supply the pictures on a SD card, as well as gave the client a SD card reader in order to download the pictures to their computer. The client asked to alter a couple of photos, which I obliged. The 27 of January will be the 20 week ***** The video will be completed and sent via one drive.  As for the allegations of not having services, I have the contact information for the company that was supposed to be used and I found an alternate solution. The refund has been processed, per my financial institution.

      Since filing this complaint I have received messages from several brides saying that he did the same things to them. I have attached the conversations. As far as the list of stuff he supposedly supplied we got none of that aside from the dj services and our photos being taken on an iPad. We did not get a tent, tables or Chairs through him we got all of that through a different company the day before the wedding. Why is it taking 5 months to get photos and videos back? And how is this man accredited through you guys.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

      Yes I agree he did send the photos via shoot proof however we were not able to download any of them and sever photos were missing. And we asked him several times about the photos that were missing and he continued to make excuses. He took all of our photos on his iPad and not a camera. We were not supplied with a Tent, tables or chairs through him. We also did not have a dance floor though him. My mother in law has not received the refund weather it has come out of his account or not. He claims to be accredited by the BBB on his Instagram account. I was told in a message that he would be sending the video by a certain day and that day came and we never received it and we are now not able to contact him.
