November 1st 2021, Gibson solutions started demo on our kitchen/living room, we gave them $7000.00 for a down payment which was required, we were told **** business days is how long it was going to take..they ARE NOT licensed plumbers or electricians or carpenters, they botched our kitchen cabinets, we wanted them cleaned sanded and painted and they didn't sand the cabinet doors and drawers and the paint was peeling off of them so we had to go to a cabinet business to purchase brand new ones and pay for them to be installed, also not one job they started is complete, we have wires exposed as well as outlets unfinished, they show up with a one man show trying to do this job, which one of the workers told us THEY have Never done a job of this nature therefore its going to take longer...they lie and tell us that they came but no one answered the door so they would leave and go to other jobs they needed to finish, even though we'd already paid 7000$ for their services at our residence and we have a unusable kitchen 2 weeks after the fact, they are rude and do not communicate with us as we would expect when doing a remodel...We talked about firing them but knew we would never see any of our down payment back, so I asked how much of the down payment we had remaining since they only spent ******** on items for our remodel and he said only like 1,500$, shocked because they have DEFINITELY NOT done 80 hours of work for us, which he stated he had written down, so $4,000.00 went to labor which is not true. They are definitely Not in the right business, lying to us, charging for time not spent working, not licensed and leaving our home like this right before the holidays is very frustrating and has left a horrible empty feeling of dismay that will not be forgotten and leaving us $7,000.00 deep for hardly anything to show for the money.. Thank you for your time ****** Gibson would not give us receipts, only text copies
