My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and was repaired at *** and Eds in October of 2023. The vehicle was picked up on October 27th and I was advised to let the paint cure for a month before reinstalling a vinyl wrap. To be on the safe side, I waited 2 months and didnt reinstall vinyl until January. The vehicle was not driven during this time. There are 4 pieces that recently fell off due to improper installation and they are denying their lifetime warranty stating that they dont believe these pieces just fell off. There is no exterior damage, these pieces do not easily fall off. They were improperly installed and over time loosened up. They are not providing a proper reason for denial. The 500 paid was a deductible, Im not looking to get a refund on the deductible. However I would like for pay for my parts and to have them installed elsewhere. I dont trust that this company has integrity and would no longer like to work with them.Initial Complaint

My car was stolen July 10,2022 and *** and **'s auto has has my car since then end of July of 2022. I was pregnant at the time that my car was stolen. I know that there is a part shortage especially with the many thefts but here it is ******* 2,2023 and I am still without my car. I have gone through my 4 and a half months of maternity leave and still no car. I have called them numerous times to check up on the status of getting my car back. I was told November 18, 2022 that all the parts were received to fix my car. The reason that it wasn't done at the time was because the person that was supposed to had been working on my car wasn't working on it as they should and that they had been fired. Also they are short staffed so they working as fast as they could. So I asked if they knew when it would ready then. They told me that they were goin in order of who was first. I told them that my car had been there since July and I wasn't saying anything because I had been on maternity leave all that time but I will have to go back to work soon, So the guy said that he had to talk to the manager. ******* got on the phone and told me that they would pay for me a rental. The arrangement for the rental was made and picked up. Nov. 23,2022 I called back to see how long that I had the rental for and ******* told me until my car was ready. So I said ok, but then I received a call Dec. 19,2022 my first day back to work that I had to return the rental. As I was trying to explain my situation to the manager **** all he kept saying was they couldn't keep paying for the rental. Basically just being dismissive of anything that I had to say. I asked if the story they told me was true about my car and he couldn't give me an answer. I told him what they had told me and he said that he doesn't know what they told me but he couldn't continue to cover the rental. When I do receive my car back it should be running like new considering all the time that it's been sitting. I should be compensated.Business response
