I made the purchase with this merchant on May 31, 2023. The entire purchase was in the amount of $13,101.82. The items purchased were tables, coffee tables, chairs and two ****s. All items except the "Sasha" **** were received (purchase price $3,356.99). I was initially advised that the **** would be delivered in August of 2023. Later, I was told that there was a delay and that the **** would be delivered in November 2023. In December, 2023, after no communication, I contacted the merchant to find out the status. I was then told that the *** was March 2024, next I was told the *** was April 2024, then May, 2024, and finally June 2024. On May 8, 2024, I was given an option to choose an item from a different collection. I contacted the merchant to order a different item. No one responded to my emails, so I called the service center. I was advised someone would reach out to me "soon." After no communication, I began calling and emailing again. On June 25, 2024, I was finally advised that the merchant was "unable to fulfill my order or refund me for the amount paid for the item." I am now out of $3,356.99 (plus tax) for an item I never received, and will not be compensated for. I was initially offered an alternative of choosing an alternative item, but as of today, I have been wrongfully denied any compensation whatsoever.
