            I had my service animal, and was charged a pet fee. I brought this up and the manager was rude and refused to acknowledge *************** and charged me a cleaning fee for my service dog.

            This was written 10/20/23 directly to the Hotel. It is currently 10/30/23 and after many messages to them since this, we still havent gotten a response.We just arrived at 10:30 p.m. we had booked a King ****** It was room 207. The floors had dirt on them. There was balled up tissue under the bathroom sink in 2 places. The bed had 2 immediately noticeable stains. I asked for a new room and received one immediately from the kind young man at the front desk. However, they were out of king ******************** so, we got a 2 queen suite. That was perfectly fine. However, this room is dirty as well. We need to sleep before our early morning travels so, we will not be going to the front desk again tonight. This room has potato chips on the floor, a juice box and a Cheeto. The light in the ceiling to the bedroom doesnt work and the small light between the 2 ********* has 1 working bulb of the 2. Could we receive a discounted rated due to all of these things mentioned? Thank you, **************
