On December 30, 2022 we made a purchase for a sleep number a couple weeks after visiting the store. The sales lady ******************** Showed us the models on the showroom and went over the features and In Home Trial warranty. She mentioned we had 90 days to return the bed if we were not satisfied with our purchase. She gave us quotes and we walked out without making the purchase. She followed up later and gave us quotes without bed sheets and on different mattress. She again mentioned we had a 90 day in home trial warranty. We have had the bed for approx 60 days and are not satisfied with it. I called to process return and they are saying the bed frame which is $3,299 is non returnable or refundable and only the mattress can be returned for $4,699. This was NOT what the salesperson said to us as she made us believe our approx $9, ****** investment had a free trial period in case we were not satisfied. Because we closed the transaction over the phone, I did not get a sales receipt until after the sale emailed to me. Going back and reading through the FINE print on one of the emails, I see their disclaimer. However, they led us to believe the full bed and base (shown to us in the showroom) had a money back guarantee. The base she showed us is what we bought and she never mentioned that the base was not in the warranty. Grossly misleading for an almost $10,000 purchase. Id like to return mattress with frame as the functions on the base are part of the sales pitch for the mattress and bed as a whole. Theres no reason to have a base without their mattress. Not for $3,299! Please assist with investigation and resolution. Thank you.
