9/28/22 I received in the mail a coupon book from Lexus of Merriville, IN. The coupons are good until 9/30/22. So I stopped by the Merriville, IN Lexus dealership today to inquire about the services and book an appointment for my auto ****** under warranty, and other Lexus services within the coupon book. I also wanted to have my vehicle washed. When I arrived at the dealership **** in service told me that he wasnt going to provide any service to my vehicle neither would he honor any of my vehicles warranty that I previously paid for from the Lexus of Merriville, IN. I currently have full coverage warranty on my 2020 Lexus RX 350 and full coverage warranty on my Lexus LX 570 from the Lexus of Merriville, IN-which also includes tire, wheel, glass, scratch and dent warranty. I have purchased two vehicles from Lexus of Merriville, IN and four vehicles from Lexus of Orland, **. When customers visit the dealerships they are also sent emails to complete surveys about their experiences when visiting the dealership from LFS-Lexus financial services, etc: I have reported ***** character and responses to LFS. LFS stated they will follow up on my behalf and has advised me to seek further actions due to my warranty on both vehicles being legally binding In addition, Im a disabled veteran and if my vehicle breaks down LFS roadside assistance usually brings my vehicle to Lexus of Merriville lN. ***** was at the Merriville, IN dealership today when I visited and seemed nice. He even asked **** to have my vehicle washed and properly serviced but **** refused.
