Purchase the car less than 30 days ago from the dealership. I had another service performed for this vehicle and during the service it was discovered that the rear axle seals were leaking on the vehicle. I contacted the dealership to see if they would help me with the repair of this since its been under 30 days. But I was informed that the warranty Will not cover it and that because I bought the car so cheap that they would not warranty anything. I replied to them that they price the car at that price and I paid full sticker. Why is that my problem you lost money.Business response

****************** purchased a 2018 Cadillac ATS on 3/18/24 from our dealership. Customer contacted Used Car Mgr. ******************* on Thursday 4/18 saying that during a service on the vehicle at another repair facility a leak described as "seepage" was found coming from the rear axle. We consider seepage on any seal of a 6 1/2 year old vehicle to be normal wear/tear, additionally no repairs after the sale were implied or promised verbally or in writing to ****************** at the time of sale. Service Contract purchased does not cover normal seepage from any seals. Team Imports has declined to pay the requested repair of $1400 after the sale due to fluid seepage of a seal (which is completly normal on a used car of this age).Initial Complaint

I believe the part number used to bill my warranty work is not accurate and therefore not the correct cost to me as the consumer. My 2013 Audi A6 3.0 Prestige was serviced at Team Imports on or around Sept 19, 2022. The water pump and control arm bushings were replaced under warranty (Audi Pure Protection). Team Imports advised there was a difference in the cost for the work versus what the warranty would pay. They explained the cost of the water pump was aprox $800. This seemed odd because I called other dealership with my *** and the cost was aprox $300 (************* + ****************). I asked the service writer why there was such a big difference in the price for the parts at other dealers. I was told the install price is always different from purchasing a part over the counter. I authorized the work I took my car to my local Audi dealer and provided them the invoice. The water pump part number (079-121-010-B) listed on Team Imports' work order for my car is not the correct one. The correct part number that matches the *** for my car would be 06E-121-018-K. I believe Team Imports has charged my warranty and me for an incorrect item at a cost advantage to them. If needed I can provide information from my local dealer and Audi's official parts website https://parts.audiusa.com/ to align with what I am stating here.Business response

In reference to ********************* complaint received on 9/30/2022. The wrong part was initially ordered, the technician went to install and found out it was for the V8 option and his vehicle is a V6, we ordered the correct part and installed the part but the correct part number was not updated on the customer repair order, however we did update the pricing which is noted on his repair order. Any further questions, please contact *********************** at ************ ************ Director.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The business response does not address (3) three concerns that I have:
1) Will an invoice with corrected part number be issued to me? The work performed by Team Imports comes with a warranty on the parts and labor. The invoice I have in my current possession does not reflect the PART that was ACTUALLY installed on my vehicle.
2)The suggested MSRP on AUDI PARTS WEBSITE (https://parts.audiusa.com/p/75727542/**E-121-018-K.html) for part #**E-121-018-K is $226.67. Why am I being charged $720?
3)My warranty company Audi Pure Protection was billed using the incorrect part number. Do you intend on updating them and ensuring they have this information ?
I would ask that these 3 concerns be addressed.

Attached are the requested documents showing the correct part number on a new invoice. Also the Audi Pure Protection Invoice showing what they were billed from Team Audi. **************** was not charged $720 (as noted on their invoice). Again, customer paid his $100 deductible plus $199.88 difference in our labor rate vs what Audi Pure Protection would pay.

I went to Audi for oil change and damage was done to my hood and front end assembly I realized this when I came home and smelled antifreeze burning and attempted to open the hood, I struggled to open because everything was loose So I called Audi next morning, they told me to bring it in In the end Dave ***** service manager told me that he’s not responsible for damage and that I would have to pay to fix this issue He was unprofessional and is responsible for damage!! Damage was never included in all points inspections reportBusiness response

We have spoken to client and tried to resolve the issue by replacing the top cover in question even though the vehicle came to our shop with previous damage. Unfortunately, his grill has tabs are broken from previous damage not allowing a perfect fitment. When we do an oil change we do not go into the area in question. If we were to damage a part on a vehicle we would resolve the issue accordingly but we did not in this case. We tried to assist with the issue even though it was no fault of our own.
