      We are a vendor with several past due invoices. No one is replying to our emails. This is not how a company should be conducting itself.

      This is a fraudulent website.Majority of the items are either defective, broken or used. I ordered multiple blazers by the same company with same size and they fit differently.Ordered handled video games which didnt work.Ordered a helmet for motorcycle and it was for a bicycle.Ordered a montegrappa pen which I never received.Ordered a smart watch which came with a nonfunctional screen.I reported this to Touch of Modern and their response was items are final sale and not refundable despite the condition stated on the app. I would steer clear from this site and not waste time and money. I told them Ill be reporting them to BB and was advised to do so.

      This company has yet to pay the invoices a year later of our product that was sold via their website. They will not respond to any attempts to communicate or pay us what they owe us. We are out product and fulfillment fees. This site is a SCAM and preys on small businesses. Do not engage!!!

      Rule number 1: STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!!Rule number 2: Never, EVER forget RULE number 1!!!!!Short story short: There's a high probability that what you ordered will not be what you receive.Ask me how I Know!!! You've been warned!!!!

      On 3/17/24 i ordered a watch for my husband to wear for an event on 4/19/24. As of today the item still has not shipped and although i have tracking it simply states "label created" ****************** keep responding to my requests that they are checking with the seller and will respond to me when they know something. This is absolutely horrible business practice. They should be more transparent regarding each items shipping times.

      I have been a customer for over 5 years and have purchased various items that were quite nice and unique, however I have also seen a growing number of issues that were impossible to resolve. I think the site works best for people who never move, always stay home, dont travel, and have an unlimited time to wait for an item. I have learned to stay away from anything that I would ware, Items are close to impossible to return. I travel frequently and they tell me I recieved and item that costs 300 or more and I never find it. They tell me that their still waiting for an item to ship after I paid for it three months previously. There is no phone support, so all support it through email.I have finally reached my end of buying things from this site, I will probably use it for ideas and look for what I want on ************* or other shopping sites.I am totally frustrated and feel cheated out of about ******** over the past 3 years.

      I placed an order on 1021/23 using the touch of modern app. The order was to be shipped directly from the Chinese manufacturer in 5 to 6 weeks time. I sent several emails requesting a status update on the order and have not received a single reply. I sent another email today asking for the order to be canceled if not fulfilled by 1/31. I'm beginning to feel like this company is a total scam, as surmised by others on this board with similar complaints.

      Dont order from this site. Rarely are the items included in their site in stock and ready to ship. They take your money for your purchase right away and keep giving you delays on shipping the item. They work with other businesses and you are at the mercy of these other businesses so keep your money and buy somewhere else, preferably not online. Terrible that they wont issue a refund. Never again

      I ordered a wall print for my son for Christmas. The wrong print was sent to us. I have attempted to contact them to make the correction 5 times without a single response. I am now sitting with a print we don't want and my son didn't get what he wanted for Christmas. Now I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charges as I am not paying for something I didn't order!

      I ordered a $50 e-gift card through their website on 12/24/23 which should have been delivered electronically and instantly. Of course I was charged for it, but I never received it. I sent a message to support and I got a reply 3 days later saying I would have it by the end of that day, and I still never received it. It's now a week later and still nothing. Do not do business with this company. They are a FRAUD.
