At first everything was going well with the property besides the fact that I moved into a unit that promised to fix a closet door that never got fixed during my duration of staying there and a shower head that messed up when I moved in also. A shower head isnt something you would normally check prior as doing your walk through to move in. As time went on I constantly called and spoke to **** and the maintenance man about fixing things within my apartment they constantly gave the run around and constantly fixed at the problem never fully fixed it all the way. I kept getting the running run and it being ignored. Considering the fact that the maintenance man lived 3 door down from me! When its time to move out they have a hard time giving you back your security deposit and they ignore you when you call multiple times with a forwarding address. Sink always, laundry machines always leaking/ not working. They charge an addition fee to cut the grass and maintain yard work to your rent and the GRASS IS ALWAYS PAST YOUR ANKLES!!! If you call about it they say theyre going to fix it but never come!!!! Going forward with any business I will check their rating through the BBB. Trust me! This place was nothing but a head ache!!!! Do your research!!! I will never rent from here again! If I could give 0 stars I would!
