      I have lived in ******************** since 2014 before MGM property Management took over. Prioe to them the property was well taken care of. I have complained for several years about cleanliness,mold, holes in the walls, front and back door leading to common areas don't lock and have never been fixed and abandoned vehicles in the parking lot never beinv towed to provide parking for residents and guests.Now this property has hired a predatory tow company to remove vehicles when residents had to give vehicle information to the office to obtain parking passes. My vehicle was towed from in the parking lot where I was parked next two vehicles that have been on the property for over a year on flat tires. The tow driver claimed they didn't see a pass. My pass was there in the corner window. I could not find my vehicle when I was getting ready to go to work and assumed it was stolen. There is no info for the tow company on or in the parking lot where I was towed from. I was able to go to another building to find the information. I contacted tow company who initially said they did not work for MGM or have my car. I called again and they had it. I was charged ****** for a tow the day after a notice was posted in the building about no longer accepting late rent. I missed work, and had to find money for a tow. This is not in my lease and against the law. I contacted Regional and the my rental office with no response. No response to fxing anything or the tow in general. Other residents have also been victims of this predatory tow company who has no longer been around after towing my vehicle. The abandoned vehicles remain. The doors leading to the common area remain open to the public, Mold remains, holes in the wall remain. The front if the building has no siding and open to the elements and pests. Yet, we have a tow company to monitor who has a tag or not.

      ******************** really do not know where to begin. Let me say that the **** ********************* needs to contact me immediately. I received a letter from a creditor: *************** Systems located in ********, **, this was in January 2023. The letter stated that myself and spouse owe an outstanding balance to this property management company a total of $6063. Now we were evicted and left the property of 2601-4 ************, ******* ***** in-January 2018 plus was served by the sheriff. The property manger at that time was ************ she was mean and disrespectful. How can a property management company send fraudulent information to a creditor when the property manager herself gave ** our outstanding balance total, plus filed it at the courthouse herself? I filed complaint with BBB on creditors ( *************** Systems Inc) because, I have been Defrauded, nothing settled and this creditor refused mediation. I am trying to see how, MGM Property Management L.L.C- Loss Collections dept/ Property manger: ******** whom is located in- **********, ******* another property manager of MGM send an occupant ledger stating there company wrote off bad debt, but you stated we lived at 2601-4 ************, ******* ************************** January 2018 - January 23, 2020? I have all courthouse filings from the time, I first moved to Bon Aire in 8/2012 in which your company did not own. The property owner sold it to Bayview then MGM Property Management came later. This is unethical, Defraudment and, We want everything removed you have damaged our character and our credit. Who does this to people?? If someone do not contact us it will go to a higher authority

      We are disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience with MGM Property Management L.L.C.

      Per the terms of your lease, you were responsible for rent until either the end of your lease term or until the unit was re-rented. We were unable to immediately re-rent the unit you occupied and rent was charged through the end of your lease term. This made up the majority of the difference between the two numbers.

      I disagree, *********************** gave us a balance after keys were returned $329.00 what gives your company the right to charge ** for remaining months, plus you're a liar you had tenants staying in property because they contacted me about a package. Plus if that's true why didnt your company file it in court? Your company wants to defraud and write in balances that's not true. I guess a judge will decide plus, if I have to put every piece if documents that was proof from the Lake county courthouse then so be it, but I will not be responsible for a balance that *********************** former property manager at MGM filed at courthouse for $1329 and the judge signed off on it in February 2018. *********************** wrote on a legal document then sent information false information on me. No unacceptable. Plus which rent agreement states that, because from courthouse we have our first original rental agreement but, and yes. I have the ones MGM Property Management L.L.C copied and forged as well. I will be posting everything on social media. If you did this what else will your company do? Be looking, because all the dishonesty, unethical information will be put out for people to see your true colors
