I stopped at *** here in ********* today to grab some chicken strips and fries for lunch, when I pulled up to the window and they gave me the price I thought it seemed really expensive($14.88) but was in a rush and handed him my cash, I noticed when they gave me my change and receipt that it said 4 piece strip combo. I told the gentleman that I only ordered a 3 piece meal and his response wase "are you really gonna make a big deal out of 1 extra strip?" again I was in a hurry so I just grabbed my meal and drove off. I get back to the office, open the box and it is 4 pieces of extremely over cooked chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw. I took it back over to *** went in and spoke to the manager telling him that I had received the wrong meal, I informed him I was not interested in a meal replacement and would just like a refund. He tells me that I am out of luck they do not do refunds anymore. I told him that not only had I received the wrong food, it was way overcooked, with the wrong sides but that even if I was willing to except the chicken strip meal I ordered I was charged over $5 more than the meal costs, THE MANAGERS response was well looks like you just got royally F***ed, then grabbed a box of strips and slid it across the counter and told me to have a great day and walked away. I asked the gal standing at the register for the number to corporate and she told me good luck finding it on the website. I don't know how this *** is still open. I am still sooooooo ****** that a manger would talk to anyone like this. (I know in this day and age nothing should shock me anymore but this reallllly shocked me. Well on the flip side I know where we will never eat at again.
