A man came to my door trying to sell Kirby vacuums, I was a little apprehensive upon buying the vacuum because it was a bit costly however the gentleman told me that I had three days to give it back. I contacted them on the second day and let them know I couldnt keep it they gave me instructions and I signed and mailed a cancellation agreement to the address located Merriville ******* for this business. However I also emailed a digitally signed and dated copy of the cancellation as extra measure. I even spoke to the owner and he assured me someone would come and pick up the Kirby vacuum on 9/13/21 . And no one came when I called the owner he stopped answering his phone and I had to reach out to the corporate office for extra help they tried to help me however the owner then proceeded to send me a certified letter telling me that the cancellation policy was just a legality and it wasnt valid so this owner did not come and pick up the products he did not receive my cancellation just to make sure that I am paying him for a product that I knew I couldnt afford so now it is on my credit report and I did everything that they asked me to do and I am still being treated as though I ran off with the product I even called and asked them to come pick the products up to this day the product remains unused sitting by the door awaiting the company pick up . I feel like this is wrong and customers should not be treated this way when they follow company guidelines and instructions I am contacting the Better Business Bureau in hopes of having this removed off of my credit report as being an adult and business owner already comes with so many things that will be on my report I do not wish to have scam companies on my credit report . The owner of this company spoke to me verbally and received calls from corporate office and received an email from me as well as a letter from me through ***************** postal office . They scam me by ignoring the cancellation after having spoke
