Bosak Chevrolet Buick GMC had sold me a vehicle while having full knowledge that they did not have the title of the vehicle. At the time of writing this (09/29/22) they have surpassed the allowed 31 days to provide the title of the vehicle to the lien holder and as such, I am currently unable to have my vehicle registered with the state of Indiana through the *** which also prevents me from purchasing permanent plates for the vehicle.Bosak Chevrolet had full knowledge that they did not have the title and could have reasonably foreseen that they may not receive the title within 31 days of purchasing the vehicle themselves, therefore committing an unlawful act in selling the vehicle to a customer through a financing plan.At this moment, I have already taken action against them through the state of ********* various departments and services that deal in titles and vehicle purchases in the form of official complaints. I have penned a letter to the dealership, demanding the title within 10 days of their receiving the letter. I have followed the law to the letter in this situation and all Bosak Chevrolet Buick GMC has done is, at first, refuse to tell me the status of the title of the vehicle, and only later did they tell me that they did not have the title due to complications with the auction from which they had purchased the vehicle.It has been 40 days since I have purchased the vehicle, well outside the lawful time limit for which they have to provide the title to the necessary parties. Do not shop with Bosak Chevrolet Buick GMC.In addition to the unlawful acts by this business, they had also harassed me through phone calls and emails for days after my purchase, because they had neglected certain details with the financier of our loan plan on the day I purchased the vehicle and had only pursued a resolution after I had provided them with my down payment, had the vehicle insured, and set the terms of the loan agreement. I repeat, do not shop with this business.
