We stayed at the property on 7/21/2023. We checked in around midnight and had to get up early and continue traveling the next morning. Upon checking in, we noticed that the room was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs in the windows bees on a sticky trap, cracks in the wall, finger nail clippings in the bathroom counter and what appeared to be mold that had been cleaned up. And the room was supposed to sleep 4, but it only slept 2. We decided to sleep a couple of hours and deal with the room when we checked out. I requested a refund from the front desk, but was told only he manager can provide a refund. I have tried calling the manager several times and have left my contact info serval times for him to call me back. He has made no attempt ecall me back. I want a refund and an apology. Staying at a hotel that was that dirty is absolutely unacceptable, but it is even worse to trat a consumer like this. Seriously, I have been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks. This is absolutely insane!!!!!!!!
