I purchased a new 2015 Berkshire 250SE pontoon from ************** a dealer for *******************. In the last 6 years the flooring has been replaced twice by the manufacturer, *******************, for a stain / discoloration that emanates from the underside of the decking. This stain can not be cleaned or removed. This problem has now reoccurred on the decking that was replaced by ****** ***** a little over a year ago. I have been working through the dealer, ****************************, for resolution with no satisfaction. The dealer states they do not get return calls or communication from ****** *****. I have tried to also contact ****** ***** with no results. My resolution would require the decking be replaced again.Customer response
