Purchased a 2022 Shasta 30QB a few months ago. Have had nothing but issues since I purchased it. The camper is leaking like crazy and there is a ton of interior water damage as a result. Have taken it to 2 different service facilities who have both said the trailer is riddled with issues and needs to be replaced or sent back to the factory. Forestriver/shasta keeps denying the warranty claims or cutting them down. 1 repair facility requested 40 hours of labor to properly re-seal the trailer and the countered the approval for 3 hours which is nowhere near enough to fix all of the issues this unit has properly. I have called ********************* (Shasta warranty guy) several times asking hime to call me and have sent emails asking him to call me and he never does.Business response

This unit was in for service in August 2023. Work was completed by Trailer Source on several points of the unit. Unfortunately, the customer didnt feel confident that everything got taken care of. ****** River arranged for ******* ***** to assist and on 9/8/2023 asked the customer for the final list of issues he wanted addressed. On 9/12/2023 ****** River sent the list to **** with ******* *****. Two warranty claims were approved on 9/28/2023. ******** said he tried to set-up an appointment with CW calling daily for a week, and they told him they had to talk to someone in the warranty department there before they could set him up.On 10/9/2023 ****** River requested ******* ***** to call the customer to set up the appointment. Customer dropped off his unit on 10/18/2023 and the dealer went over every issue with him. ****** River is waiting on photos of all the issues they found.
