    Purchased a ****** Evo seat from Autofarm, which they subsequently installed. Got home and next day my battery was dead. I called AAA to jump start and the issue was the wire to the battery was loose. AAA tech tightened and car started successfully. I was not confident Autofarm installed seat correctly so I took my car to ******** ************** to see if seat was installed correctly. It was not. It was missing a bolt, a door safety switch, a seat harness and the pendant cable needed to be shortened. I did not call Autofarm and speak with them regarding this issue as I was very upset. This seat was very expensive and should have been installed correctly the first time. As such, I was not confident Autofarm would fix the seat so I had ******** Van fix. I was charged $508 to fix the seat ($105.75 for door safety switch, $1.45 for bolt, $95.85 for seat harness and $304.95 for labor/shipping/shop fee). Called Autofarm to be reimbursed and was told they will not reimburse me due to the fact that I did not bring to this to their attention first. I do see their point, but the seat was not installed correctly to begin with, so why would I go back there to fix? Would it be fixed correctly the second time? I was not confident it would be, so I went elsewhere. I should be reimbursed $508 for parts and labor as the seat is under warranty and should have been installed correctly (i.e., with ALL parts) to begin with. Thank you.
