      Thursday January 11th, the hot water in my apartment started to run cold. No hot water at all nor any heat in the building. It is January 19th and still no hot water or heat. During the 14th through the 16th the weather was below 10 degrees during the day and below 0 at night. I had to purchase multiple heaters so my house wouldn't be an icebox. I had to boil cold water every time i wanted to wash a dish, take a bath, or even wash my face and brush my teeth. I called the manager ****** multiple times to ask when the hot water would be back running. She told me that maintenance said it had been repaired but it was not in fact there is no longer any water pressure when pushed towards hot as of now. This is unsafe, this is very unacceptable no matter the weather conditions. I would like for the owners to take accountable for the issues that needs to be resolved. No one should have to live uncomfortable and not be listened to when having problems in their home. There has been a plethora of issues that has gone on in my home but this one has topped them all.

      I moved out of Edison pointe in July and have been waiting on my deposit refund check for a month now. They said they sent it out 3 weeks ago but I never received it. They will not answer my calls, they wont find out where my check is, they told me the post office lost it and theres nothing they can do. The First **** I spoke with said it was in the desk and never got mailed out now they are saying it was mailed out and they dont know.

      I moved in November 4, 2022 and I have had problems ever since Ive moved in. No one has been in the office its been a note on the door saying they closed until further notice. Its one maintenance man and hes part time and dont fix nothing. I have many work orders in but **** e has came to fix anything. My widow doesnt have a screen to it the patio doesnt have a screen to it they havent gave me the storage key to my storage unit refrigerator on the handle has some guey mess on it that they were supposed to fix or give a new one. The oven doesnt work and still isnt working. I cnt open the vanity cabinet door because they didnt measure it correctly *************** are uneven and they have a ***** problem. None of the amenities work and hasnt been for some yrs now they continue to add fees and go up on the rent but arent doing anything to help the residents

      Since I moved into these apartments the amenities was not working. Everything in my lease was a lie. The pool never worked. I was never offered money off rent due to service was not met up to contract. Also the water pressure to to much. I got burn a few times getting into the shower due to either the pressure to much or the water is extremely hot. The heater is not working, dished is filled with water and the apartment is infested with roaches. Since my contracted wasnt fur filled I think its fair that I should be refunded half of my YTD rent or stay rent free 6 months

      The apartment complex has not had any office staff or maintenance staff in months. I recently renewed my lease before the last renewal date and they never did their part as far as providing me documentation or updating my new lease and has just charged me full rent (without renewal discount) as well as a month to month premium. My rent, with my renewal discount should be $925. They charged my account $1180. $255 more than what they should have. When I called them they said they are behind on renewals and they would have supervisor come in and update all ledgers to reflect current lease and that I would be refunded the extra money charged. That was almost 2 weeks ago and they still have not done neither. My new account statement came out yesterday 8/11/22 and it is still reflecting the $980 rent and $200 month to month premium, which means they still have not fixed their problem. I told them I would report them because I know this has to be illegal. There is minimum to no communication. I have been calling and calling, trying to follow up on this before my account is overcharged again and no one answers and when I finally do get an answer all they say is that they are behind. This is far from ethical and I do believe it is illegal. Something has to be done. On top of the poor upkeep of the complex, rodent infestation, no staff, it is a terrible place to reside.

      Ive has ongoing issues the past month in my apartment- I leave several messages to office and corporate and also submit online maintenance request and have yet to hear anything back from anyone. They have told us they are down to 1 maintenance but that is not my issue. My sink is leaking under my master bathroom, ive seen a couple roaches and ants in my apartment and an exterminator never came like I was promised, my shelf for my pots fell down, my sliding door has a crack in it because a few screws are missing. I have a 2 and 4 year old and I just feel like nothing is being taking in proper cautions.
