Manager locked the door on us to our garage door Very unprofessional Harassment from business I would like to be compensated for all the problems here if not I will seek attorney Yes I will meet with the news as wellBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
I am currently consulting with my attorney on this matter to seek advice on the harrassment I continue to receive from *********************** and his wife, ************************* from the ****** leading up to their move out date and have continued this month.
The former resident, ***********************, was never locked out of his garage. There was a back access door to the garage that ****************** made a complaint that it was not closing properly. ****************** was using the door to enter and exit his garage and leaving the door unlocked. This door is to be used only for emergencies. A double sided deadbolt was temporarily on the back access door until ****************** called the fire ******** reporting an issue. We returned the door lock to the standard turn lock deadbolt and put an Emergency Exit Only sign on the interior of the door per request of the fire ********. ****************** continued to use the access door on a regular basis and we found the door unlocked the day he moved out and turned in keys (July 31, 2023).
Please note the following.
1) We have 120 garages on the property and this is the only garage on our property that has a back access door and we are removing the door to not have any further issues.
2) ****************** took possession of the garage May 2, 2022. Never had any reported complaints about the access door until May 26, 2023.If you have any additional questions for me, I will not respond unless it comes from my attorney.
