      The only good review for this complex has great employees very helpful and maintenance.The company who owns this complex ARE THE WORST! -there are additional fees added to rent WHICH IS RIDICULOUS THEY RENOVATED PEOPLE HOMES DISTRIBUTED EVERYONE!Administration FEE MONTHLY Trash Can Left By Door FEE ******************* TERRIBLE (lived here a year they missed picking up trash a good 2-3 months total AND you have to repeatedly call both companies to report it.and then they only pickup trash bags nothing outside of that. RIDICULOUS WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE!Liability Insurance FEE ADD ON FOR 20 days!Cutting the lease FEES RIDICULOUS.The noise level TERRIBLE the walls are super thin & you can hear your neighbors DOG sleeping! Cheap build! PET CONTROL & ACE FILTERS (changed when I requested it)NEVER CAME TO SPRAY ANYTHING WE PAY FOR THAT ADDITIONAL SERVICE AS WELL! Yes its needed !!THERE PAYMENT SYSTEM ***** SO BAD AND THEY PENALIZE YOU THE CUSTOMER WHEN THERE SYTEM IS DOWN OR NOT WORKING PAYMENT SYSTEM GOES WACKY EVERY FEW MONTHS! You have to pay additional FEES to pay money order, or the store way to pay at a local store STAND IN LINE FOR A WHILE! Autopay IS TERRIBLE no one should ever have to pay rent this way by ONLY CREDIT CARD. WHEN YOUR IN THE WRONG GIVE PEOPLE NO FEES OR TIME TO PAY YOUR WAY.Kids was coming from different areas knocking on your doors playing. PARKING IS TERRIBLE ITS FULL Moved in on a special and why my last bill higher then first! BLACK COMMUNITY MOVE OUT OR DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL LOOKS PRETTY BUT NOT COMFORTABLE LIVING!

      Moved out of our old apartment in *********, ** with ************ Apartments in March. I never received a final account statement within 15 days. I waited to hear from the complex while calling without a return call, to 6 months later my credit gets hit for a collection. Only my credit not my then husbands credit who was also on the lease agreement. I do not owe the money due to never receiving the final account statement during the allotted time, yet they refuse to answer the phone calls or try to work with me on getting this off my credit as not being valid. They only want me to pay what is due in full which is ridiculous! This group is a terrible management group and do not abide by the legal terms and conditions for when people move out. I would like the collection to be removed off my credit as it wasnt placed there unlawfully.

      My boyfriend and I really liked these apartments. We decided we were going to apply, and ***************************** (leasing office) told us that there was currently a special where the application fee of $75 per application would be waived. We applied that night and were approved through their third-party screening. I received an email stating our approval of the apartment, and the apartment showed only website as no longer vacant. About an hour later, an email was sent to me stating we had been rejected for the apartment, but could reapply in 90 days. My boyfriend and I were very confused, we drove up from where we were currently living an hour and a half away to their office, with all of our documents, stating that we had been approved by their third-party. Of course, we had tried to talk to them on the phone, specifically with regional director ***********************, who gave us vague, and trite responses to increase as to why she made the decision to overturn the third-party initial approval of our application. Upon arrival to the office, we were told she was no longer in town by leasing agent *****************************. Not only were we never given a clear answer as to why we were initially approved for the apartment, and then denied an hour later, but, additionally, the next day the apartment was leased to somebody else. I have been looking at this apartment previously for about three weeks in which the entire time it had been vacant. Not only do I think there was some thing illegal done here, but I also was never refunded my $150. For a month I called and left three messages and my boyfriend emailed twice to the leasing office, the *** of the company, as well as ***********************, neither of us ever got so much as a phone call back. I went in person and was told by ******* that she had tried to reach out to me, however, the phone number stated it was no longer in order. Every message I left, I included my phone number. Anyone can see this establishment has no integrity whatsoever.

      I have lived in my apartment since 2008. Ever since the first Property Manager left, this place has turned into a dump!! I have had problems with mold, non-matching windows, personal property destroyed by a tenant's leaking plumbing that he was made to wait for. This is all because Sterling in ******* is too cheap to hire an experienced manager full time . There has been at least five of them in the last year, one didn't even last an hour. Now I have no hot water and there is no emergency contact to report it to. I have to wait til Monday and I have to be to work and have no way of showering or cleaning. At best ************************* will make me wait til mid week before getting any help. Then they have the gall to go up on the rent. This place Stinks!!!

      Ms. ************ reached out to our Property Manager, *******************, at 3:30 am Sunday morning regarding not having any hot water. ***** returned her call at 7:00 am that morning and informed the resident that she would immediately contact our Maintenance to check into it and get this resolved as soon as possible. ***** then talked to our maintenance person *****, at 7:15 am and he confirmed he would be there later that afternoon as he was on another call and wasn’t sure how long that would take. ***** then contacted Ms. ************ at 8:00 am to inform her of this. *****, our maintenance person was at the property later that day and indicated that we would have to order a new hot water heater. Our plan was to install the new water heater on Monday, the day after Ms. ************ called in the work order. However, when ***** went back to the property Monday morning to get more information on the water heater and inspect it further as we had just replaced this in 2018. At which time he noticed that the breaker was tripped so he turned the breaker on and the resident had hot water. ***** contacted Ms. ************ to confirm that she had hot water Monday morning after the breaker was turned back on at which time she did.During this time, ***** and Ms. ************ were in constant communication and we were very timely in responding and getting someone to inspect this on a Sunday. This situation was corrected the following day.UPDATE: On Tuesday morning ******************* followed up with Ms. ************ to make sure her hot water was still working. She said that it was not and so we replaced her hot water heater on Tuesday morning 4/26/22. Resident is very happy.All residents have access to reach the Manager, ******************* 24/7 via text or calling.
