I purchased a product from this companys website and it was the wrong size. They referred me to their distributor for some reason and then refused to let me return the item unless i paid for shipping which was more than the cost of the item. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to order a different product that could not possibly be too big. This time, they sent me the wrong color.After many phone calls, I was again directed to speak with *********** who is apparently the distributor. I have returned the second product and two weeks later am still waiting on a refund. I have again been directed to their distributor.This is ridiculous that a business is selling me someone elses product that is listed as in stock which is, in fact only purchased from the distributor and shipped direct to the consumer once a purchase is made. To buy a product from a company, that is owned buy a different company, that has no stock and uses a third party distributor to ship directly to consumer; then uses the mess to withhold refunds and delay transactions, is absurd.Business response

Hello,
I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. We received a call on June 27th that you received a sand base instead of white. We contacted the manufacturer, who it ships from. We then let you know they would pick the wrong base up and replace it with a white base. You then advised you would just like a refund. The manufacturer set up a pick up on July 3rd and advised once the base was back the credit would be issued. The based arrived back and the manufacturer let us know 7/14/23. I issued the refund the same day.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It took only minutes for them to issue the refund and call to verify it had been done, once you were involved.Thank you.
