              I placed an online order after selecting the Lincolnway store in ******, when the order completed it switched to the ************ store that is on the other end of town. The ************ store in ****** could not cancel the order, the app had no way to cancel the order and the Lincolnway store would not honor the order. I want the $4.33 refunded. I am also going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, since the app changed the store that I had selected without my knowledge.

              Less than two weeks ago I stopped at Burger King **************** and ordered sandwiches. 2 Big Kings and 2 Whopper Juniors on their menu at 2 for $6 and 2 for $5 = $11. The cashier rang it $14 and change. When I questioned it he got the manager to clear the cash register and rerung the order at nearly $13. Being disgusted, I left the business without food. On 8/28/23 I stopped at this same location and ordered, 2 Whopper Juniors for $5. A different cashier said the total was $7.54. I questioned the discrepancy and was told by the manager that when ordering I need to ask for the 2 for $5. Once again I left without food. On my way home I stopped at a different Burger King and placed the same order and the cashier rang it at $5.40 total. This is happening to other customers too!
