General manager **************************** is not a professional person to work with! Cambridge square is not a non-profit apartment complex. Paying $7000.00 to move into this place of mold and decay when it needs many repairs that they ignore and keep raising prices of painting when moving out a deceased family member, or your family. Having to contact code enforcement to get maintenance work done, as I had alerted them of the flood damage they kept ignoring to fix. An assessment was done along with code enforcements help for the lack of professional maintenance work. The building of our apartment was noticed to be withering away and should be fixed now. ******************** said to me, " Fixing these walls would be messy, do you want to have to clean that up?" Yes I do, so does the code enforcement agent. She told ******************** that if not fixed properly, a fine would be placed on Cambridge Square. This bold action I had to take to alert this general manager of the of age and lack of bettering all the apartments. Any equity we add to these places runs out of quality ******************** has no desire to reimburse to current tenants. When moving out of here new owner should have to buy the new central air conditioner unit from me. Not Cambridge Square. Many residents here at Cambridge Square are very disturbed by his management quality, a petition was made to alert the neighborhood to not trust him to continue being the general manager.
