      The gentleman would not rent me a U-Haul since I have a soft top vehicle. I understand why, and I'm not upset about that, but what he did was blacklist me from renting any trailer nationwide at any Uhaul.I've rented from other U-Haul stores who have happily rented to me, but now he's prevented any franchise to rent me, period. It's none of his business what other franchises do with their licensing. If they wanted to rent to me, they should have the right to do it, but he's prevented everyone from doing it and made my life incredibly difficult because I can no longer rent a simple trailer.He took it a step too far when he chose to interfere with colleagues that I've done business with for years and now has blocked us from working together. If he interfered with MY business in the same way he did with other people's U-Haul businesses, I'd drag him through court with the support of others who he's impacted in a negative way. That was unnecessary, uncalled for and inappropriate.If I could give negative stars, I would.Additionally, his response on ****** was self centered and completely misses the point. He's convinced that he should have input and rights of control of other people's U-Haul businesses. What he needs to do is LITERALLY mind his own business and stop worrying about how he can control other people's U-Haul business. That's their business, not yours. He takes no ownership for his actions of forcing other business owners to lose money. Because of him, other U-************** who have HAPPILY rented to me with a soft top, will no longer have the opportunity to do business with me.Again, mind your own business. I promise you'll never see my face in your store, or anyone else I know for that matter. Follow all those ***** quotes you have posted in your office. I owned my mistake, even though I caused no harm - it's time you swallow your pride and own your mistake.

      This is purely from a U-Haul rental standpoint, I've never interacted with them in any other capacity. The last time I rented, we chose 24/7 pickup for 7am. The day before I got a message that it was confirmed for 9am instead. I assumed maybe 24/7 pickup wasn't available, so I didn't call (which is on me). When my husband went in to pick up he was told they were having system issues so it took him about 20 minutes to finally get the truck and leave. All this was fine, I got an email from U-haul to review my experience and so i did. A week later, I got an extremely unprofessional and rude email from *****. He called my review "bogus" and without outright saying it accused me of lying. He made it seem like this was all my fault. I should have been there at 7am. I should have called. Why didn't I do this or that. Says his system showed we set pickup time for 9am. To that, I sent a copy of my confirmation email showing 7am mobile pickup and kindly let him know that because of his behavior we will not be returning there in the future. Overall it would have been an okay experience, until ***** decided to send that email and put us off from his business.

      There reservation was set up for 9:00 am and that is what we honored. She was sent email and text to confirm. She did not contact us or say anything to us about a 7:00 am pick up until she wrote up a bad review accusing us of changing her reserve. I told her if she thought she had a reservation for 7:00 am why didnt she show up at that time or call us to question the pick up time. We gave her what she requested.

      As stated previously in my personal email to you, I never accused you of changing my reservation. I simply stated it was confirmed for a different time than our confirmation email listed (which again, I've sent to you privately and you've seen. It says 7am). As said in this review, not calling is on me. However, sending rude emails to your customers and putting all the blame on them is simply bad business practice. Thank you.
