Last yr they did a lousy job treating my yrd. I could prove with my videos that 2x they only did 1/2 of the yrd. However, I had pd for a complete yr & finished it out. I told them at the end of the yr (2023) that I was through with them. In the spring of 2024 they came out & treated my yrd, they said it was "automatic" & they billed me $80+. I called & rehearsed & received phone calls from people in charge offering free treatment if I'd continue. I said, "NO!" They said that they have removed my bill from their accounts. HOWEVER, a different ***** billing, calls me almost EVERY Day telling me that I owe. I have called them back, explained & talked to about 6 people, they always apologize & tell me that they will run it up. Next day? Another call. I just want it stopped. I never want to hear of this **** or from this *** again in my life.

In summer 2023 I used Experigreen ************* The salesperson required that I pay in full for the season before they came out to apply the first treatment. I did not care for the service and opted to use a different service this summer. Experigreen came out early this spring to apply a treatment to my lawn without my consent and without contacting me for prior payment as was required last year. I was at home. I caught the tech and stopped him. I clearly told him I was not using Experigreen again. He left and returned when I was not home leaving a sign on my lawn showing he had been there. I called Experigreen and sent emails explaining that I never authorized them to come back this year and that they did not have my consent to be on my property. They sent me an email saying they would cancel the service, but I had to pay for the treatment they applied. It does not make sense to me to pay for something I did not consent to have Experigreen do to my home. Experigreen has been harassing me for payment of this application, for over three months. Experigreen has repeatedly called, texted, emailed and mailed me requests for payment, nearly every day. I have called and spoken to their customer service representatives **** and ****** and asked them to have the charge removed. I repeatedly explained I did not authorize for them to come to my home this summer. They refused to remove the charge and continue to ******* me with requests for payment. I have ignored them because this just doesn't make sense to me. This has been very upsetting. I have the right to not to continue doing business with them without having to pay them for a service I did not purchase. This feels like extortion. All I ask is that they stop trying to contact me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter. Sincerely, *************************

*******, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your frustration. After reviewing your account, we can see that you have been a customer with Organic Turf by ********************** since 2019. Since 2019, your services have automatically renewed each season just like they have for the 2024 season. We do require written or verbal communication if you wish to make changes to your services or discontinue them before they begin. We did not receive either, so services continued as normal. While we wouldnt be able to remove the full current balance of $75.73 since services were completed, we would be happy to remove half of the balance leaving $37.87 remaining. If you have any further questions, please let us know, thank you.

Buyers beware!During 2023, I hired Experigreen for 3 lawn treatments at my property at discounted prices. The costs were to be charged to my credit card account.Prior to each visit, I made sure how much the treatment would cost and on what date Experigreen would be coming, taking into account weather conditions and my own availability to watch the treatment. I further instructed Experigreen that the technicians should always ring my doorbell, which they did. For 2024, I had intended to do some of the lawn work myself, including reseeding bare spots. I saw no need to rehire Experigreen. On 4/5/24, an Experigreen technician came to my property with no prior notification or authorization while I was sleeping upstairs. The technician seems to have lightly knocked on the outer glass door instead of ringing the doorbell and he later noted in the electronic invoice that the owners were not home (false information). I became aware of this visit only when I went outside in the afternoon and saw an Experigreen sign (flag) in my yard. The ground was wet from recent raining and more rain was in the forecast, making this day a really bad choice for applying lawn treatments. Upon checking my credit card account, I found an unexpected Experigreen charge of $50.00. I called Experigreen customer service and spoke with Shaye. She stated that the services are automatically renewed from season to season unless canceled. She stated that this is written in each invoice presented after the visit. Upon checking my invoices, I did not find any such statement. ***** also stated that the technicians are instructed to knock on the door rather than ring the doorbell. This was contrary to the specific instructions I had given to Experigreen in the very beginning last year.I explained to ***** that the new charge was neither discussed with nor authorized by me and must be removed.Experigreen has subsequently closed the account without removing the invalid charge. I had a contract with Experigreen last year, and purposely did not renew it . I did this because the claims about their service are misleading and inaccurate. They claim to be organic. Their fertilizers are organic, but the herbicides they use are not organic, and quite toxic. On or about March 27, 2024 they placed chemicals on my lawn without my permission, and then charged me $87.60. I called to complain, and the service rep told me that the charge would be eliminated from my account. On April 12, 2024 I received an email from ********************* in their W. C ****** office reminding me that I owed $87.60. I sent him a detailed email about my first call, and the reasons for discontinuing their service. The email response was that my email went to an unmonitored email address. I then called again, spoke to a rep. *** told me she would talk with her supervisor, and call me back. After four days there was no call Back. I finally called yesterday and asked to speak with the branch manager. ******* told me he was unavailable, but would have him cancel my charge, and notify me. That also has not happened. As far as I am concerned this company has trespassed on my property to provide a service I specifically didn't want, and has failed at every level to respond to me.

I previously used Top Lawn for my lawn care service and decided to switch to another company after not receiving satisfactory service. Top Lawn has since been acquired by ExperiGreen. ExperiGreen has contacted me incessantly to pitch me on their services despite me telling them multiple times that I already signed a contract with another company, am happy with my service and wish to not receive further calls from ExperiGreen. Each person I have spoken with has assured me that I will not be contacted further, yet the calls have not stopped. I receive calls almost daily from ExperiGreen and it is bordering on harassment at this point. I just want the calls to stop and to never be contacted again by the business. I will reach out to them if and when I ever need service.

I retained Experigreen initially over two years ago. We had some challenges in year one but I retained them again last year hoping that the experience would be better. I hired them for weed control and fertilizer treatments. The guarantee that Experigreen made was that if there was an issue with their service or weeds were not gone, they would come out and treat the lawn again. On numerous occasions and while working from home, they had someone to come for normal lawn servicing. I noted and followed up with them because I would find a bill on the door but the operator was not at my home for a reasonable amount of time to have possibly treated my lawn. I reviewed it on my cameras and found that they were not fully treating my nearly half acre yard. Following the treatments, I would still have weeds and would reach out to them. They would come and still I had weeds. Last fall, they came to do pre-emerge treatment and I explained to them that they could not treat my yard following a rain because I get the run off from others yards and this would create tracks in the yard. They insisted that this was the best time to treat despite me saying that they could not. Ultimately, they did treat the yard and left permanent grooves and indentions in the grass. It took me a long time to get the grass in good order before their treatments and when I brought this to their attention, excuses were made and nothing was done. Yet, they continued to bill me despite my service and lawn disputes and have subsequently put $154 on my credit because I refuse to pay until they resolve my issues. The weather is getting warmer and the bermuda grass is starting to turn green. Along with this are the weeds popping up all over my yard more than Ive ever had. I have the pictures as proof that the pre-emerge treatments and the services that they say they performed either did not happen or were not fully performed. I am in the market for a new servicer but need Experigreen to be accountable.

I want this company to stop harassing me and attempting to bill me for service that I called to cancel and continuously inform to cancel via text. They claim not to see it in their records. Afterwards, they proceed to tell me that they are coming to my property even though I am clearly telling them over and over not to do. I don't have time to keep calling for them to claim that I never called which is why I put in writing via the text. Being that they want to go in circles, Im contacting the BBB due to their harassment and unprofessional business practice.l want them to stop contacting me and definitely not to attempt to bill me.
